MOSA welcome all those between the ages of 18-25 to take part in an opportunity of lifetime to be Miss Occurrence SA 2025

Prizes:

The Title, Crowns, Sashes, Certificates, Beauty Hampers, Spa Vouchers and cash prizes!!!

Qualifications

- Participants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 25 years on date before entry

- All parts of the application mus be submitted before the closing date.

- There will be application forms available at the audition venue for these who miss the online registration.

- Shall be of good character, possess charm, poise and personality.

-Shall be an excellent representative and role model of South Africa.

Rules and Regulations

  1. The participant must agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set by MOSA Organization.
  2. Two clear copies of your photos must be attached to the registration form, one full length photo and one head-shot.
  3. Make sure to bring the proper attire needed for auditions: white top, black skinny jeans and heels (No wedge heels).
  4. Applicant understands that the REGISTRATION FEE in the amount of R250 for Miss Occurrence SA must be paid with the submission of the Beauty Pageant Registration Form. REGISTRATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  5. All participants must be never married.
  6. Must be in good health and can do the best of her knowledge to participate fully in any pageant/program activities.
  7. Please notify the Miss Occurrence SA organization if you plan to withdraw from the competition before 1st August 2025. Understand that the amount of money you have paid will be forfeited completely and will not be refunded for any reason. Any payment you’ve made cannot be transferred to any other contestant.
  8. All competitors must be prepared to answer questions.
  9. Contestants must be able to attend at least 2 workshops as well as the dress rehearsal. Conflicting schedules must be discussed with MOSA Team.
  10. If the Applicant becomes a pageant title holder, she understands that the cash prize will be transferred into her account 15 working days after the Finale.
  11. Applicant must not be pregnant and not be pregnant during the competition.
  12. Applicant must be currently living within South Africa in order to compete in the Beauty Pageant.
  13. Applicant must be a naturally born female in order to compete in the Beauty Pageant.
  14. Participants must be ready and must report to the designated location at the stipulated time.
  15. Participants or parents are not allowed to discuss or approach judges at any time.
  16. Latecomers will not be accepted **NO EXCEPTIONS** (i.e. people who submit registration form late)
  17. Any incorrect information will result in disqualification whether discovered prior to, during or after the finals.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NON-ATTENDANCE AT THE AUDITIONS WILL MEAN THAT YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION.

  • Then login after creating your account and complete the form to be registered for MOSA Contestant.
  • Your registration will go through to your MOSA for assessment before approving your account.
  • You will receive a notification once your account has been approved.

Terms and Conditions

 
  • NOTE: Your ENTRY FEE must be submitted before you attend your audition.
  • Miss Occurrence SA title holders are expected to give their time and energy to this pageant during their reign. Winners may not enter other pageants if it will interfere with their duties or create a conflict of interest in terms of brand awareness. Prior notification to the pageant is required before any other pageants are entered.
  • A contestant is subject to a sponsorship fee of R500 in the semi-finals stage and R1 000 in the finals stage to support her journey. Sponsorship request letters will be provided.
  • Contestants are required to participate in community development initiatives, campaign for public votes and brand awareness via social media. Semi -finalists’ sashes will be issued.
  • A contestant who receives the most number of votes during the semi-finals stage will receive automatic entry into the top 16 finals, provided that they have met all other requirements.
  • Sponsorship funds and the entry fee are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • 16 selected finalists per category will participate at the Finale to be held on the 4th December 2025 in Kempton Park, Gauteng.
  • Finalists MUST travel to Gauteng for the Finale and are responsible for their own travel and wardrobe costs.
  • Finalists are required to pre-sell a minimum of 10 tickets to the event costing R 100 per ticket.
  • Finalists agree to provide a gift box for our chosen charity and to participate in workshops, rehearsals, photo shoots and all pageant activities.
  • Arrival date for the finale in Gauteng is Thursday the 2nd December 2025 at 9am, at our chosen accommodation facility
  • All entrants under 18 years MUST have consent from a parent /guardian.

NB: Finalist Workshop & Private Interview must be attended by all the Finalists on the day.
